Production Times

All WildLenz prints are produced on demand in collaboration with WhiteWall, using museum-grade materials and finishing.

Production typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on the selected print format, size, and presentation.

Delivery Timeframes

Once production is complete, delivery times vary by destination:

Europe: approximately 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: approximately 5–8 business days
United States & Canada: approximately 6–10 business days
Australia & International destinations: approximately 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or regional courier conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price and are calculated at checkout.

Rates are determined by:

- Print format and size
- Weight and packaging requirements
- Destination country

The final shipping cost is displayed before payment is completed.

International Shipping & Customs

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

WhiteWall ships artworks securely with all required documentation for international delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
Once your artwork leaves production, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Large-format works are packaged professionally and shipped via specialist art couriers when required.
All products are shipped with professional carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx, selected automatically based on destination and artwork size.
