Returns & Refund Policy

WildLenz prints are made to order. Each artwork is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our prints, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect material selection, or buyer’s remorse once production has started.

This policy applies to all WildLenz fine art photography products, including canvas prints, acrylic glass prints, photographic prints, and fine art paper prints.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following:

Order number
Full name used on the order
Brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged artwork
Clear photos of the packaging
Clear photos of the shipping label, if visible

Once we receive the required information, we will review the case and determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Returns

All prints are produced specifically for each order. As a result, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size selection, or aesthetic preference.

We encourage careful review of dimensions, presentation options, and framing details prior to purchase. If you have questions before ordering, we are happy to assist.

Shipping Issues

If a shipment is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Resolution timelines may vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Replacement Process

If the damage or defect is confirmed, WildLenz will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

Because each piece is made to order, replacement production and shipping times may vary depending on the artwork, material, size, and destination.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered when an order arrives damaged, defective, lost in transit, or cannot be properly replaced.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

Customers should not send items back without contacting WildLenz first.

If a return is required for a damaged or defective order, WildLenz will provide instructions by email. In most cases, photo documentation is sufficient and a physical return may not be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Made-to-order prints
Canvas prints
Acrylic glass prints
Fine art paper prints
Photographic prints
Custom sizes
Special orders
Orders where the buyer selected the wrong size, material, frame, or shipping address

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, WildLenz may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Because WildLenz products are made to order, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
