Made-to-Order Policy

All WildLenz artworks are produced on demand in collaboration with our professional print partner. Each work is carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Because every piece is created specifically for your order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, aesthetic preference, or sizing decisions.

Collectors are encouraged to review product details, dimensions, and presentation options carefully prior to purchase. We are always happy to assist with questions before an order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, include:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the artwork

Photographs of the packaging (including exterior and interior)

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are produced using the same specifications as the original order.

Returns

All prints are produced specifically for each order. As a result, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size selection, or aesthetic preference.

We encourage careful review of dimensions, presentation options, and framing details prior to purchase. If you have questions before ordering, we are happy to assist.

Shipping Issues

If a shipment is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Resolution timelines may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
